TERMS OF
SERVICE.

By accessing or using Linkverse ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including buyers, artists, and visitors.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. Linkverse reserves the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately at hello@linkverses.co if you suspect unauthorized access
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules or bans

Linkverse uses an escrow model powered by Stripe to protect both buyers and artists:

• Buyers pay upfront. Funds are held by Stripe and not released to the artist until the buyer approves delivery.
• Artists receive payment only after the buyer confirms delivery or after the 72-hour review window closes without a dispute.
• Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of delivery notification. Linkverse will review disputed transactions and make a final determination.
• Linkverse charges a 5% platform fee on all completed transactions, deducted automatically before artist payout.

Artists who list on Linkverse agree to:

• Complete identity verification through Stripe Identity before listing
• Deliver work that matches the agreed terms (bars, style, turnaround time)
• Upload deliverables through the platform — not via external links, email, or DMs
• Respond to booking requests within 48 hours
• Honor quoted rates and turnaround times at the time of booking
• Not list content that infringes on third-party intellectual property

Buyers who book through Linkverse agree to:

• Provide clear, accurate project details at the time of booking
• Review delivered work within the 72-hour window
• Only raise disputes in good faith — not to delay payment without legitimate reason
• Respect agreed royalty splits and licensing terms
• Not request work that violates laws or platform content policies

By default, all bookings on Linkverse grant the buyer a non-exclusive license to use the delivered verse in the specified project. Unless a buyout is explicitly agreed upon at the time of booking:

• The artist retains underlying ownership of their performance
• The buyer may not re-license or sell the verse to third parties
• Royalty splits agreed at booking time are binding and apply to all commercial uses of the track

Buyout arrangements (full transfer of rights) must be explicitly selected and paid at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

You may not use Linkverse to book or deliver content that:

• Threatens, harasses, or incites violence against any individual or group
• Infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
• Contains content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Is intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate other users
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

Buyers may cancel a booking before the artist has accepted it for a full refund. Once an artist accepts a booking:

• Cancellations before delivery begins: 80% refund
• Cancellations after delivery begins: subject to dispute resolution
• Disputes raised within 72h of delivery: reviewed by Linkverse support
• No refunds after the 72h review window closes and funds are released

Linkverse charges a 5% fee on all completed transactions. This fee is deducted automatically from the total booking amount before the artist receives their payout via Stripe Connect. The platform fee is non-refundable except in cases where Linkverse determines the transaction should be voided.

Linkverse reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users. Users may delete their own accounts at any time through account settings or by emailing hello@linkverses.co.

Linkverse is a marketplace platform and is not a party to the creative agreements between buyers and artists. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkverse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
