Linkverse ("we", "us", "our") operates linkverses.co — an escrow-powered marketplace for booking rap features. When we say "platform" we mean our website, mobile apps, and any related services.

We collect information you give us directly and information generated by your use of the platform:

• Account information — name, email address, username, and password when you sign up.
• Profile information — artist rates, genre, bio, and portfolio content you add to your profile.
• Transaction data — booking details, escrow status, delivery records, and dispute history.
• Identity verification — government ID documents processed by Stripe Identity. We do not store raw ID documents ourselves.
• Communications — messages sent through the platform between buyers and artists.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, device type, and IP address.
• Waitlist data — email address and interest category if you joined our pre-launch waitlist.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your card number, bank account details, and sensitive financial information are entered directly into Stripe's secure forms and never pass through our servers. We store only a Stripe customer ID and transaction references. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

• To process bookings, hold escrow, and release payments
• To verify artist identity and prevent fraud
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, delivery notifications, dispute updates)
• To send platform updates and launch announcements (you can opt out at any time)
• To improve the platform and diagnose technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Stripe — for payment processing, identity verification, and payout management.
• Between buyers and artists — booking details and delivery files are shared between the two parties in a transaction.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
• Business transfers — if Linkverse is acquired or merges, your data may transfer as part of that transaction.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g. transaction records for tax purposes).

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@linkverses.co. We will respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your session. We may use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the platform. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

We protect your data using 256-bit TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Our payment infrastructure is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant through Stripe. We use JWT authentication with refresh token rotation and rate limiting to protect against unauthorized access.

Linkverse is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at hello@linkverses.co and we will remove it promptly.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
